Purchased tickets will remain valid for redemption up to, and including, the date and time of travel.
The voucher can only be redeemed on a return bus ticket booking, i.e. the travel booking must include the purchase of a return ticket.
Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date it is claimed in the Lumkani App
Vouchers are valid until the expiry date or upon full redemption thereof, whichever occurs first.
Vouchers are valid for travel within the borders of South Africa and Zimbabwe only.
